Feeling tired but don’t want to lean on caffeine or have time for a full nap? Yoga Nidra has been highlighted by a number of leading experts (including recent Huberman Lab out of Stanford). Here is a 10 min version we found but there are plenty of options available. Sidenote – I just tried this one today after a rougher than usual night of sleep and was surprised by how refreshed I felt after the 10 min session.
