Old-school marriage counseling focused on eliminating negative elements that were causing divorce and unhappiness. Then the realization hit: why are we focused on what “not” to do instead of aiming for what to DO?!? That soon resulted in a shift to doing exactly that – pulling lessons about what was working. Suzanna & Brad celebrated 30 years of (not always smooth-sailing) marriage last week and thought it was a good time to share some of the lessons they’ve learned over that time.
