What are you thinking about right now? What may feel like an odd question may actually be the key to a more effective & meaningful life. How often do we (at least I – Brad) find ourselves doing one thing, but in our heads, we’re doing something completely different?!? Maybe it’s problem solving when supposedly sleeping… thinking about tomorrow’s plans when in the middle of a conversation… or any number of other “multi-tasks” that only deplete our gift of the current moment. “Am I present?” may just be the most important question we can ask ourselves, regardless of the setting.
