Move #1

We just passed the halfway point of January, which means that initial spark we often feel heading into the new year can begin to dwindle and fade. The early momentum may be hitting roadblocks and the accompanying discouragement can send us back to the starting line. But it doesn’t have to be that way. When things aren’t going well, the top performers will pause, take a breath, and then focus in on a key area over which they have at least a little control.
