Robin is a highly skilled coach with over 17 years of experience in helping individuals achieve positive, lasting change. As a Mentor Coach and Faculty member with Catalyst Coaching Institute and a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Robin embraces discussions on all wellness topics, and her specialty is guiding clients through fitness and nutrition transformations. Her calm, empathetic coaching style helps clients find the space they need to make intentional, sustainable changes.
Robin’s coaching philosophy is rooted in coming alongside her clients to encourage both short- and long-term change. She believes in providing unwavering support and helping clients verbalize their goals, empowering them to commit to healthier lifestyles. One of Robin’s core strengths is her ability to guide clients as they incorporate new, healthy habits into their lives and notice the positive transformations that follow.
In addition to her work as a coach, Robin is a certified yoga instructor, with a passion for sharing her knowledge of yoga, breathing techniques, and nutrition with clients—when welcomed. Her dedication to continued professional development is evident in her commitment to attending training programs, continuing education, and being part of a supportive community of wellness coaches she respects and learns from. Robin brings a calmness to her coaching that allows her clients to feel heard and supported with unconditional positive regard.
Outside of coaching, Robin is an exercise enthusiast, as well as an avid hiker, traveler, and yoga teacher. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, often exploring the outdoors and volunteering. A fun fact about Robin is that she and her husband both have twin siblings, adding a unique twist to her family dynamic. Robin’s favorite quote on personal growth is by Walt Disney: “We keep moving forward, opening new doors and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.”
