With a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals, Meghan has been a dedicated health & wellness coach since 2017. As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC), she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients, guiding them on their wellness journeys with compassion and expertise. Meghan also serves as a mentor coach and instructor for the Catalyst Coaching Institute, where she shares her insights with aspiring coaches.
Prior to her coaching career, Meghan served as the General Manager of a health club and worked as an EMT, which gave her a well-rounded understanding of both fitness and health emergencies. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and is trained in Positive Psychology and Functional Mental Toughness, areas that allow her to support clients in building resilience and improving mental clarity.
Meghan’s passion for health and wellness is deeply personal—having faced her own health challenges, she became her own advocate, which led to a deeper understanding of the body and mind’s interconnectedness. This journey informs her approach, helping clients develop a balanced lifestyle focused on exercise, nutrition, and mental well-being.
Outside of coaching, Meghan is an active wife and mother of two, navigating the dynamic balance of family life, work, and wellness. An outdoor enthusiast, she loves hiking, biking, skiing, and playing tennis with her family and friends. When not outdoors, you can find her enjoying matcha tea, reading, doing yoga, weight training, meditating, or cherishing quality time with her loved ones.
Meghan enjoys working with a variety of clients—whether they have already dialed in their wellness routines or are exploring where to begin. She is honored to help each individual take meaningful steps toward a healthier, more balanced life.
