Mary Walinchus

Mary is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with over a decade of experience in the field. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and serves as a Client Relations Manager on the leadership team. Additionally, Mary is a faculty member with the Catalyst Coaching Institute, where she mentors and instructs aspiring wellness coaches. She also facilitates CCI’s professional forum.

Mary provides holistic support, focusing on numerous areas such as the physical body, emotional support (stress management, work-life balance, resilience building) and self-care strategies.  Passionate about empowering others, she encourages her clients to embrace discomfort, recognizing the transformative growth that occurs beyond their comfort zones. Her coaching style emphasizes building confidence and guiding individuals toward meaningful change, step by step, as they uncover the best version of themselves.

Mary’s expertise spans a broad spectrum of health and wellness disciplines. She is a certified CPR/First Aid instructor, running coach, USA Triathlon Coach, and Fitness Instructor.

Living in Colorado, Mary enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and three young adult daughters. As a cancer survivor, she is actively involved in an adult cancer survivor camp and runs her own business creating care gifts for individuals facing illnesses.

Mary’s personal motto, “Why can’t I?” inspires her to embrace challenges and pursue incredible adventures.
