Diane Hopkins

Diane is a dedicated National Board-Certified Wellness Coach with over 15 years of coaching experience and is passionate about supporting individuals on their unique wellness journeys. Specializing in working with clients who are ready to embrace change or just open to exploring new possibilities, Diane is dedicated to meeting clients where they are and helping them move forward with confidence and clarity.

With a genuine, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach, Diane ensures that each client feels supported, encouraged, and celebrated along the way. She is committed to being her clients’ biggest cheerleader, helping them create sustainable, positive changes in both mind and body. Diane enjoys hearing the excitement in her clients’ voices regarding the changes they are making and beginning to see and feel real results. That shared energy and progress is what keeps Diane motivated and passionate about her coaching. Above all, Diane is focused on making a difference in her clients’ lives, one small step at a time.

For the past 7 years, Diane has also served as a mentor coach for Catalyst Coaching Institute. In her mentoring role, she applies the same empathetic and individualized approach, helping aspiring coaches refine their skills, build confidence, and embrace their own coaching style. Diane believes that mentoring is an opportunity to guide new coaches as they develop their unique voices and professional strengths, just as she does with her clients.

Originally from Cody, Wyoming, Diane graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor’s Degree in General Business before moving to Minnesota over 30 years ago. Outside of coaching, Diane enjoys spending time outdoors, engaging in crafts, reading, and cherishing moments with her husband of 33 years and two daughters.

Diane’s favorite piece of advice is: “It’s about progress, not perfection,” and she believes wholeheartedly that “there’s no such thing as failure—it is a learning opportunity.”
