CC #7

I’m often discouraged (entertained?) by the dichotomy my (Brad) life often represents to the outside world. I’m “supposed” to be the health & wellness guy, modeling #BetterThanYesterday for team members, organizational partners, Catalyst Community members and others. Yet I repeatedly stumble in basic areas. Just today, I fell short on my sleep, skipped my morning ride in favor of work, and generally made my way through the day feeling overwhelmed. Why tell you this? Because that’s life. We all have our “stuff.” We all struggle. Remember to give yourself – and those around you – a little extra grace today. We could all use it more often than we might realize.
