Liz has been in the fitness and wellness industry for over 15 years as a certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor and yoga teacher. She joined US Corporate Wellness as a professional health, wellness & performance coach more than a decade ago and became a Nationally Board-Certified Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) in 2018.
Liz truly enjoys helping her clients reach their wellness goals by listening, supporting and serving as their accountability partner. She realized a long time ago there is no such thing as a “one size fits all” approach to health and wellness and believes that small shifts within a client’s wellness routine can lead to a large impact over time.
When she is not teaching a yoga/fitness class or coaching a client you can find her outside running, hiking, walking her dog (Sam) or riding her bike. She is also a lover of music and has played the violin since she was 10 years old. Liz and her husband are from Ohio and recently moved to Arizona after living in Colorado for 12 years. She loves animals, food, cooking, anything active, concerts, movies, and wine!
