Rather than focusing on organizational or departmental KPIs and ROI, the time with your CatalystElite coach will emphasize personal key performance indicators, optimal functional mental toughness (fMT) strategies, meaningful optimization of the Catalyst Cornerstones based on your desired outcomes and helping bring out the best version of YOU for those things that that you value most.

  • Enhancing leadership and communication through the integration of core skills including but not limited to Motivational Interviewing and Intrinsic Motivation

  • All coaching sessions are by telephone. Your coach will call you at your preferred number at the appointed time.
    • Telephonic coaching allows greater flexibility and accessibility, increased comfort, and reduced distractions compared to video coaching, while also providing more effective and efficient use of sessions compared to digital coaching.

Yes! Because we understand the importance of relationships, you will meet with the same coach so that they can provide customized support. Expect to meet at the frequency of your choice.

Accountability: Having a consistent coach helps maintain a steady focus on goals, progress, and challenges, while creating a stable environment for growth. Your coach will help keep you accountable by tracking your progress, checking in on your goals, and offering support when challenges arise.

We offer flexible packages designed to fit your goals and schedule. Each session is up to 30 minutes and can be used anytime with 12 months of purchase. Many clients choose our six-session package ($70 per session) for the best value, but smaller packages are also available to meet different needs. You’ll work with the same coach throughout your package to ensure consistency and personalized support.
