Cindy Dagg

With 14 years of dedicated experience, Cindy has had the privilege of working as a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, guiding individuals on their unique journeys toward health and well-being. Trained in Positive Psychology and Functional Mental Toughness, Cindy is equipped with tools to support clients’ physical and mental health. She firmly believes in the transformative power of a positive mindset and resilience and is dedicated to helping clients embrace these principles to achieve their goals.

As a client-centered coach, building rapport and trust is central to Cindy’s coaching philosophy. She believes that human connection is the key to fostering meaningful and lasting change, and she is committed to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for her clients. Cindy takes great joy in watching clients make life-lasting changes, and their successes continually inspire her.

In addition to her coaching practice, Cindy is a mentor coach, sharing her knowledge and experience to help aspiring coaches develop their skills. This role is incredibly rewarding, as she contributes to nurturing the next generation of health and wellness coaches.

Now an empty nester, Cindy and her husband of 36 years love living in Colorado and enjoy the great outdoors. They spend their free time skiing, hiking, camping, traveling, and walking their beloved Golden Retriever, Charlie.
