Mary Walinchus

Mary is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with over ten years of wellness coaching experience in addition to holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She also is a faculty member at the Catalyst Coaching Institute where Mary serves as a mentor coach and instructor for new wellness coaches and produces the Health, Wellness & Performance Coaching podcast.

Mary covers the spectrum of health and wellness qualifications, including being a certified CPR/First Aid instructor, running coach, USA Certified Triathlon coach and Fitness Instructor. As an athlete, she has always had a passion for running and has led endurance and trail running groups since 2010. Mary loves to be outside and experience Colorado through various outdoor activities with her husband and three young adult girls. As a cancer survivor, Mary helped start an adult cancer survivor camp and has her own business making care gifts for those battling illnesses. Her motto in life is “Why can’t I?” – based on the idea that we often act as our own barriers in holding back from amazing adventures. In her free time, you will find her trail running throughout the Rockies.
