Rest #4

There is growing attention about value of direct, morning sunlight on the quality of our sleep due to the influence on circadian rhythms. This article from WebMD sheds light (sorry – couldn’t resist) on the opportunity. I (Brad) am just starting a 30 day routine of scheduling a few minutes of direct sunlight each morning and tracking my sleep patterns and will report back on the outcomes. Anyone want to join me? Literally as simple as it sounds – stand outside ~10 min each morning – longer if cloud cover – and monitor sleep.
